How much is shipping?
You need to feed your pets regularly (don’t forget) instead of having to drive to the store every couple of weeks, call 800CLICK (25425) to give monthly items you need and every month we will call to remind you o your orders. There is no charge to set up Autoship and we never, ever charge a membership fee.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders placed by 4PM UAE time will usually ship the same day and most customers receive their orders within 1-2 days.
Can I track the status of my order?

Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via own delivery system and also provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available with professional sales representatives.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you are not at home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man or with your family member.

Do you charge tax?
We charge federal VAT tax i.e 5% for items shipped to UAE destinations.
Do you ship intentionally?
No, we only supply to UAE pet lovers and owners.

We don’t want you to waste your fuel. We will deliver your orders as soon as possible.
